He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Watkins Sr.; his stepfather Vernon Hughes; and his sisters, Penny Hughes and Emily Kiel. He is survived by: his mother Elreda Hughes (Miller); his wife Joan; his son Shawn; his siblings, Evelyn Rothman (Elliot), Margret Harris (Ken) and Vernon Paul Hughes (Amy); and his siblings-in-law, Mike Kiel, Becky Hicks (Ray) and Kelly Cooley (Timothy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and several friends.
