She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Clouse and Ardys Clouse; her spouse LaVern Bruce Payne; her son LaVern Payne Jr.; and her brother Dennis Clouse.
She is survived by: her children, James Payne (Melanie) and Patricia Payne; her brother Larry Clouse (Karen); and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Eitniear (Jim), Nancy Payne and Sharon Clouse. She is also survived by Five Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren and two Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Adrienne's memory may be given to the family for future designation.
