He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Cooper; his parents, Perry Cooper and Jeanette Cooper; and his siblings, Keith Cooper and Delores Irving.
He is survived by: his brother Ron; his former wife Margaret Allen; his wife Angelia Cooper; his children, Natalie Pines, Waverly Bell (Theresa), Larry Bell, Kelly Cooper-Brown (Chris), Marcell Bell (Kristie), Rhonda Lewis (Clinton) and Ronald Cooper Jr. (Terri); and his siblings, Perry Cooper Jr., Margaret Roby, Delbert Cooper (Esther), Lynn Underwood (Darrell) and Tracy Cooper. He is also survived by twenty-seven grand-children and twenty-six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
