She was predeceased by: her husband David Frank Mallak; her parents, June and Oliver; and her sons, David and Dirk.
She is survived by: her siblings, Eugene and Reva; her children, Stephanie (Suzie), Tamara (Tammy), Stephan (Steve), Michele (Shelly), Shawn, Deidre (DeeDee), Donita, Yvonne, Bridgette, Cathy and Jim; her grandchildren, Matt, Kevin (Amber), Dana (Alex), Christopher (Ana), Jennifer, Tara (Jay), Krista, Chayleigh, Kacey, Jeremy and Timothy; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Blake, Paityn, Keaton, Emerson, Xander, Elizabeth, Tucker, Brody, Colton, Mia Rose, Neven, Mia Grace, Brycen and Marlo. She is also survived by eight children.
