He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Rae and Elaine Rae (McKenzie); his wife Sharon Winiecke; his son Eric R. Rae; and his stepmother Katherine.
He is survived by: his son Casey Rae of Saginaw; his sisters, Karen McNish (Roy), JoAnn Hayes (Forrest) and Nancy Neal (David); his nieces and nephews, Jeff, Jason, Jim, Kristine, Brittany, Victoria and Jennifer; and his close friend Lori Bublitz. He is also survived by 8 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Mr. Robert Rae's memory to the Lupus Foundation.
