He is survived by: his children, Sandy "Sam" Bass (Stephen) of Houghton Lake, MI, Robert "Bobby" Pack (Susan) of San Marcos, CA, William "Billy" Pack of Tucson, AZ, Richard Pack (Michelle) of Clio, MI, Nancy Kitchen (David) of Midland, MI and Martin "Marty" Pack (Beth) of Salida, CO. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
