He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Hudie and Leota Hudie (McCallum); his son Gregory Hudie; his grandson Kevin Clark; his brothers, Leland (Barbara Hudie) and Dallas (Helen Hudie); and his stepmother Ethel Hudie.
He is survived by: his former spouse Avona Baxter; his wife Karen Hudie (Fehner); his daughters, Elaine Robins (Gary) of Scipio and Roberta Marsh (Tracy) of Vassar, Michigan; his grandchildren, Corey Clark (Julie), Denise Spurgin (Larry), Joshua Marsh (Jessica Gregory), Justin Marsh (Lisa), Gregory Hudie Jr., Shannon Hudie and Chrystal Hudie; his great grandchildren, Marisa Potts, Natalie Clark, Alexia Clark, Lauren Beck (Dallas), Austin Spurgin, Kayla Marsh (Jordon Waggoner) and Nicholas Marsh; and his brother Norman Hudie (MaryAnn) of Chicago. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
