He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Raesly and Carole Raesly. He is survived by: his wife Sonya Raesly; his children, Richard S. Raesly IV and Candace Higgins (Duane Higgins); his siblings, Richard S. Raesly III (Tina Raesly) and Kelly Tydings; his grandchildren, Isabella Raesly, Avery Higgins, Allie Mosley, Hannah Higgins and Austin Higgins; and his parents-in-law, Perry and Bettye Dew. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid and at his request there will not be a memorial service, but Bill would love it if you would donate to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
