He was predeceased by: his father Richard E. Cagle; his former wife Suzanne Cagle-Anderson; and his siblings, Roger Cagle and Sharon Polk. He is survived by: his wife Penny L. Cagle; his children, Lynda Iuppenlatz (Steve), Dean Cagle (Kim), Earl Cagle (Erin), Charity Higgins, Rhonda Ladd (Jason), Ginny McClarren (Scott) and Gerry Forsythe (Roddy); his sister Deborah Velazquez (Rafael); his grandchildren, Bode, Kate Iuppenlatz, Ryan, Kayla Cagle, Kelsey Hauff (Nick), Ethan Cagle, Deven Higgins, Ally Franklin (Bryce), Emma, Mason Przybylinski, Mitchell Ladd, Adellie McClarren, Oaklee and Ainsley Forsythe; and his great grandchild Arabella Hauff. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
