She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Root (Kari) of Oscoda, MI and Craig Root (Becky); her siblings, Tom Foster (Carol) of Roscommon, MI., James Foster (Susan) of Alpena, MI., John Foster (Kim) of Belleville, IL., Cathy Anderson (Ed) of Mikado, MI. and Christine Kirbie (Gregg) of Woodward, OK.; and her grandchildren, Blake, Lane, Max Root of Savannah, GA., Raymond Root of Oscoda, MI., Zac Wheeler of Seattle, WA., Kam Wheeler of Oscoda, MI. and Rhett Capers.
