It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kenneth A. Straughen of Oscoda, Michigan, who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Straughen and Leona Straughen (Dunn); and his son Donald Bissonette. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Bissonette Straughen; his children, Christy Straughen of Broken Arrow, OK and Linda Ploof (David) of Greenbush, MI; his sisters, Kay Ritter of Swartz Creek, MI and Barb Straughen of Greenbush, MI; his grandchildren, Michael LeClair, David Hofacer (Kendra), Casey Barlow (Scott), Patrick Ploof, Daniel Ploof (Shelby) and Kenneth Bissonette; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Hofacer, Emma Hofacer, Jack LeClair, Gage Ploof, Myrcella Bissonette and Eliot Bissonette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
