She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble A. Burnley and Lucy E. Burnley (Hartley); her husband Roy C. Tilley; and her sisters, Winifred Butkiewicz and Mary Lee Ross.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory, Donna Blevins and Joy Weitzel; and her grandsons, Jeffery Weitzel and Nicholas Weitzel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many adopted friends.
She was a member of Greenbush Baptist Church where prayer, reading God's word and serving as a Sunday school teacher was the foundation of her life.
