He was predeceased by: his father Carmen Green; and his sister Heather Green. He is survived by: his mother Joan S. Green; his siblings, Kelly Green and Carmel Thomas; and his nieces and nephews, Allison Thomas, Austin, Garrett Green, Angela, Nathan and Tanner.
