He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Larson and Beatrice Larson; his siblings, Jack, Arley and Barbera; and his son Gregory Scott.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Larson; and his daughters, Juliann Auger, Karen Johnston and Cherri Crites. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren, and countless nieces and nephews.
