She is survived by: her husband James Sapp; her children, Shelby Purdey (Rick) and Kent Samuels (Peggy); her stepsons, Jon Sapp (Lauren) and James Sapp (Sammy); her siblings, Ed Johnson (Vickie), Betty Johnson and Bob Johnson (Evelyn); her grandchildren, Chad Demis, Willy Demis, Nicole Demis, Jeremy Samuels, Marc Samuels and Megan Samuels; her nieces, Heather and Katie; and her nephew Jason. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
