She was predeceased by: her parents, Alden Pagel and Rachel Pagel (Brown); and her husband Richard R. Charters. She is survived by: her children, Laureen McLeod (Frank Howell) of Beaverton, MI and Richard Jr. Charters (Janet) of Oscoda, MI; her siblings, Roy Pagel, Faye Sny and Sharon Reimer; and her grandchildren, Sausha Lynch (Shaun), Sharri Lloyd (Ashton), Melissa Keys, Danielle Perkins (Matthew), KayLee Charters (Kevin) and Kyle Charters. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
