He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra Annis; his children, Joyce Dulak (Andy) of Oscoda, Rebecca Carlton (Ray) of Harrison, Heather Thomas, Jr. (Bobby) of Kawkawlin and Krystofer Usher of Harrison; his grandchildren, William, Koree, Kodee, Alex, Thomas, Brendan, Daniel, Tawnee, Kaylee, Gracee, Emma, Krystofer, Jr., Anthony and Zayden; his siblings, Kathy Cinnamon, Vernon "Skip" Usher, Myrna Simmons (Richard) and Mary White; and his friends, Melonie Usher and Bradley Wade. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
