She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald McClain and Alma McClain (Rahl); her husband Harold; and her siblings, Doris Woodbury and Frank McClain.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Dell (Dave) of Mt. Pleasant, Michael Earnest of Mt. Pleasant, Patrick Earnest (Cheri) of Mt. Pleasant and David Earnest (Nancy) of Oscoda. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren. 14 great-grandchildren.
