He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Birkenbach and Mary Birkenbach; and his brothers, Harold Birkenbach and James Birkenbach of Michigan. He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Stephanie Gunter (William), Jennifer Birkenbach, Frank Birkenbach (Yesi) and Michael Birkenbach (Becky); and his siblings, Nancy Wilson of Wyoming, Paul Birkenbach (Cathy) of Michigan and Christy Birkenbach Cook (Darrell) of Texas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces nephews and friends.
