With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Lyle Cole of Ortonville, Michigan, born in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2024 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Cole and Beatrice Cole. He is survived by: his wife Verna; his children, Tricia Pitt (Bill), Kristi Moss (John), Bill Cole (Jennifer), Jim Simmons (Heather) and Chuck Simmons (Sheryl); his grandchildren, Annabelle Wenrich (Tommy), Brody Cole, Masyn Cole, Remington Cole, Thomas Simmons, Vita Simmons, Derek Simmons, Lindsey Swinehart and Adam Swinehart; and his sister Patti Banwell.
