She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Charles and Eulla Mae; and her siblings, Thomas Coomer, Yvonne Coomer, Jim Coomer and Barbara Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis D. Hoffman; her children, Dale Hoffman, Susan Reynolds (Thomas), Cindy Kepsel (Rich) and Dennis Hoffman (Heather); and her siblings, Jean Caudill, Joyce Vance and David Coomer (Linda). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
