She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel and Dosha; her former husband James M. Whayne; her husband Leon Grogg; and her daughter Leslie Portrey.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Whayne (Julie) and Kelley Saber (Fred); her grandchildren, Mike Portrey (Courtney), Katie Portrey, Ashley Degrendel (RJ), Courtney Portrey, Austin Saber (Kristen), Jessica Whayne and Abby Whayne; and her brothers, Bill Lipford and Bob Lipford (Sharon). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
