He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Frank and Mary. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Dorothy Hamblen; his wife Dorothy Koziara; and his children, Mary Sharkey (Keith), Joe Koziara, David Koziara (Ginger) and Michael Koziara (Lisa). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
