He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Zeplin; his daughters, Connie Adams (Chad) and Sherry Cohee (Dave); his grandchildren, Josh Adams, Jake Adams, Heather Phillips (Jason), Nicole Ostrander (Brett), Jessica Smith (Doug), Lindsey Cohee, David Cohee and Cristina Cohee; his great grandchildren, Jason, Jr., Alexandria, Brea and Emberly; and his sisters, Carol Broecker (Dale) and Kay Williams.
