He was predeceased by: his father Robert John. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kukuk; his daughters, Monica Coffey (Sean) and Marsha Beattie (Adam); his grandchildren, Morgan Childers, Cameren and Carson Beattie; his siblings, William Kukuk (Machele), Robert Kukuk (Jolene), Teresa Lester (Larry), Rose Johnston (Earl) and Mary Alice Kukuk; and his siblings-in-law, Don Pryor (Laurie), Rita Perry (Al), Cathy Ellis (Tim Meagher) and David Pryor.
