He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Parker and Mildred. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Plenar; his children, Scott Webb (Lisa), Shaun Webb and Alexa Webb; his grandchildren, Reed Webb (Audra), Alycia Webb and Lorenna Webb; his great grandchildren, Braelyn, Lana and Baby Webb; and his sisters, Lois Bradburn, Barbara Sharette, Marilyn Weckle and Frances Viau.

Memorial contributions may be made to Brandon Fire Department (53 South Street, Ortonville, MI 48462).
