She was predeceased by: her father Paul Edward; her husband Dennis Paul Boatright; and her siblings, Dennis Lavender and Barbara Donelson. She is survived by: her daughters, Natalie Hawley (Conrad) and Shannon Mendieta (Marty); her grandchildren, Kelly, Caitlyn, Samantha, Sean, Jessica and Abbie; and her siblings, Edward Lavender (Karen), Mark Lavender (Sheila), Tony Lavender (Kelly) and Maxine Carter (Larry).
