He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith H. VanAmburg and Arlene D. VanAmburg; and his stepmother Neoma "Blondie" VanAmburg. He is survived by: his sons, Tony and Terry VanAmburg; his stepchildren, Jenny Ciolek (Matt), Mike Olsen (Tina), Dan Olsen and Eric Olsen (Mandy); his siblings, Judy Brossard and Robert Jones (Sue); and his stepbrother Gene Luppino (Janet).
