She was predeceased by: her husband Survetus; and her son-in-law Thomas Poli. She is survived by: her children, James Ashby (Donna), Jerry Ashby, Rick Ashby (late Krystal), Larry Ashby, Garry Ashby and Betty Wellman (John). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
