He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Ann Bellville (James) and Donna Lynn Appling (James); his grandchildren, Alicia Caudill of Elizabeth Caudill, M. D., Michael Ray Caudill (Stephanie), Roxanne Appling, Chelsea Wencel (Mike), Phillip Justin Appling and Ashley Hanson (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Aiden, Aurora, Ashton, Ava, Harper, Eliot and Bode; and also, Pauline Lee and Elizabeth Western.
