Leona Zander Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2019, at the age of 71, Leona Zander (Orleans, Michigan), born in Ionia, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, K. O. Miller and Myrtle Miller (Longdyke); and her sisters, Deb Kruis and Jean Tompkins. She is survived by: her husband Gale William Zander of Orleans; her daughters, Meta Pierson (Robert) of Saranac, Gala Zander (Adam), Janet Zander (Scott) and Kim Montague (Kevin) of Belding; her grandchildren, Cory Switzer, Ashley Zander, Zane Rice, Derek Zander, Brad Montague, Amber Peless (Ryan) and Chelsey Wolcott (Nathan); and her siblings, Ken Morgan (Mickie) of Ionia, Doug Bowen of Ionia, Karen Freeman (Lewis) of Georgia and Bonnie Storey of Georgia. She is also survived by the grandchildren and now great grandchildren.
