He was predeceased by: his daughter DeAnna McNeil; his sister Wanda Draper; his parents, Elwin McNeil and Phyllis McNeil (Porterfield); and his father-in-law George Gowanlock.
He is survived by: his wife Susie; his sons, Douglas McNeil of Belding and Tony McNeil of Belding; his grandchildren, Koden, Cloyee and Johnathan "Homer"; his sisters, Linda Remington of Portland and Carol St. Pierre of Lansing; his mother-in-law Deanna Gowanlock; his brother-in-law Rick Draper of Stanton; his cousin Della Summers; and his close friends, Walt Hastings "Chief", Bob, Heather Hemmingsen and Randy Evans.
