He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert LeRoy Johnson and Mary Celia Johnson (Korenchuk); and his siblings, Edward Johnson and Mildred Silardi. He is survived by: his wife Julie (Brookins); his son Robert L Johnson; his stepchildren, Jamie Leonard (Patrick), Mark Marley and Michelle Strickland (James); his sister Nicole Sawyer; and his grandchildren, Gavin, Caden Leonard, Jai Lynn, Kwinten and Ari Strickland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
