He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Uotila and Mildred Maloney (Uotila); his wife Cathy; his siblings-in-law, Francis Weza and Helen Weza; his nephews, Ronald and Robert Weza; his great-niece Michelle Weza; his brothers, John and Ronald Maloney; and his pets, Bo, Dusty and Catcher.
He is survived by: his nephew Michael Weza (Jessie); his nieces, Denise Zanto (Ed) and Julie Monville (Jamie); and his sister-in-law Nancy Weza. He is also survived by several cousins, friends, and numerous extended family.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish to remember Frank may make donations to OCAP for his great love of animals.
