She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Leiviska and John Leiviska; her husband Andrew T. Chascsa; her son John Andrew Chascsa; and her siblings, Kathleen Wilson, Shirley Henderson, Grace Weinstock, Richard, Roy, Ralph and Roger Leiviska.
She is survived by: her children, Maxine Runyan (Harry), Andrea Rinne (Tom), Tim Chascsa (Julie) and Julie Welling; her siblings, Irene Lavin, Lucille Warner, Mildred Parks and Robert Leiviska; her grandchildren, Craig, Eric, Kristy, Leah, Mathew, Vincent, Valerie and Grace; and her great grandchildren, Kameryn, Caitlyn, Madison, Macy, Claire, Vada, Zachery, Ava and Leo.
