Edna Trasti Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Trasti (Ontonagon, Michigan), who passed away on June 11, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lampinen and Katie Lampinen (Kempainen); her former husband Walter Kovalainen; her husband William Trasti; her sons, Gerald Kovalainen and William Kovalainen; and her sisters, Martha Wesala, Alice Johnson, Ethel Hoffenbecker and Elfie Tikkanen.
She is survived by: her son Randall Trasti (Elizabeth) of Ontonagon, Michigan; and her granddaughters, Kathy Kotlaris (Charles) of Old Hickory, Tennessee, Karen Seid of Rockland, Michigan and Renee Benes (Tom) of Otsego. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren, five nieces, and numerous cousins.
