He was predeceased by: his sisters, Mona McPhail (Binkley) and Louella MacDonald (Binkley); his parents, Philip Binkley and Llowyn Binkley; and his siblings, Elger Binkley, Elmer Binkley, Harold Binkley, Robert Binkley, Lorne Binkley, Russell Binkley, Ruth Binkley, Eileen Binkley Crittenden, Selma Binkley Crittenden, Marjorie Binkley Scott and Grace Binkley Whitfield.
He is survived by: his wife Doreen Binkley (Halliday); his children, Sharon Karttunen (Scott), Ontonagon, Mona Binkley, White Pine and Shelley Lindquist (Mike); his brothers, Mervyn Binkley and Norman Binkley (Dorothy); his grandchildren, Brandi Steiner (Matt Evans), Gina Gentiline (Jim Osheim), Sarah McDougall (Dan), Rachael Shilman, David Koistinen (Brittany Sides), Jeffrey Jackson (Megan) and Jennifer Jackson; his great grandchildren, Darien Steiner (Drew Morris), Dylan Steiner, Liam McDougall, Jack McDougall, Harrison McDougall, Delaney Ferguson and Irelyn Koistinen; his daughter Lori Joy Binkley Koistinen; his grandson Dennis Alan Koistinen; his son-in-law Jack Shilman; and his grandson-in-law Frank Steiner IV.
