Robert Gayle Sloop Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Gayle Sloop of Onsted, Michigan, who passed away on January 29, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur G. Sloop and JoAnn Sloop (Bockover); his grandmother Gertrude Sloop; and his sisters, Connie Grove and Desire Floyd.

He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Joseph, James and Amber Sloop; his stepdaughters, Heather Boekema and Erin Lattuca; his sister Penny Clem; his grandchildren, Andrew, Jared, Jacob and Jenna Sloop; his stepgrandchildren, Felix Farnum and Ryker Lattuca; and his great grandchildren, Henry Johnson and Rodney Sloop.

In lieu of flowers the family would ask that contributions in Robert's honor be made to the Alzheimer's Association, or the Dementia Society of America, or to any veteran's organization.
