He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Ritchie and Ocie Ritchie (Noble); and his siblings, Harold, Talmage, Donald, David Ritchie, Maxine Begley, Wilma Jean Ritchie, Doris Godsey and Jenny Mae Ritchie.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel E. Fugate; his children, Sharon Smith (Kent) of Jacksonville, NC, Adam Ray Ritchie of Onsted and Timothy Wayne Ritchie of Clayton; and his grandchildren, Alex, Randall, Tristan, Travis, Keira and Kendall.
Memorial Contributions may be given to Elara Caring Hospice.
