He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bolyard and Florence Bolyard (Alexander); and his siblings, Loretta Warner, Letha Davenport, Ida Mae Bancroft, Lois Tuckerman, Lillian McClain, Harold Clyde and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Ruttkofsky; his children, Harvey Bolyard (Patty), Christine Hamilton and Danny Bolyard (Sherry); and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Brian, James and Ashley. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
