He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Halliwill and Margie F. Halliwill (Grosteffon); his brother Richard Halliwill; and his great grandchild Benjamin Michael Shoemaker. He is survived by: his spouse Betty Jo Ostrander; his children, Timothy Halliwill (Detra) of Onsted and Tammy Shoemaker (Steve) of Onsted; his stepdaughter Suzanne Dennis of Michigan Center; his siblings, Lois Gamble of Jerome, Harold Halliwill of Cement City, Larry Halliwill of Cement City and Terry Halliwill of Guntersville, Alabama; his grandchildren, Nicole Halliwill, Jared Halliwill, Zachary Shoemaker, Nathan Shoemaker and Marissa Shoemaker; and his great grandchild Thomas Shoemaker.
