He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis B Howard and Ruth M Howard (Richardson); his wife Phyllis Howard; his son Randall S Howard; and his siblings, Raymond, Dennison Howard, Marion Pawson, Ruth Nichloy and Shirley Chatfield.
He is survived by: his significant other Joyce Howe; his daughter Judy Helinski (Norman) of Ocola, Florida; his grandchildren, Derek Helinski (Stephanie) of Onsted, Tyler Helinski (DeAnn) of Ocala, Florida and Amy Payne (Joey) of Ocala, Florida; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Drew, Trey, Lauren, Tayleur, Hadyn, Cole, Rilynn, Reagan and Daxton. He is also survived by 6 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
