He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Mickey Rawson; his children, Jacob Rawson (Stacy) of Adrian, Derek Reidy (Amy) of Onsted, Gina Helminiak (Dan) of Adrian, Olivia Shaw (Curtis) of Onsted and Maria Roberts (Barron) of Adrian; his grandchildren, Chase, Bryn, Emma Reidy, Camden, Caleb, Sofia, Julia, Gloria, Oliver Shaw, Ryker, Remy, Renly Roberts, Josh, Alyssa, Leah, Riley, Jessiyah Helminiak and Emily Gonyi (Brian); his mother Dolores Rawson of Quincy; his former wife Pamela Sue Hart of Mississippi; his sister Melanie Nelson (Steven) of Quincy; his daughter Jodi Marie Rawson; his granddaughter Paige Reidy; his father Merle Rawson; and his sister Connie Crew. He was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
He owned and operated Rawson Drywall, Inc., until 2014, when he had to retire due to disability caused by Posterior Cortical Atrophy and Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease.
