She was predeceased by: her brother John Cisneros. She is survived by: her parents, Seferino Cisneros and Jane Cisneros (Garcia); her husband Roberto Beltran; her children, Alex Beltran (Michelle) and Antonia "Toni" Orlowski (Eric); her grandchildren, Aidan, Austin, Ethan Orlowski, Tyler Baker, Marisa Beltran and Isabella Beltran; and her siblings, Dan Cisneros, Rosita Chelf and Inez Crosby (Denis).
Being the recipient of a kidney transplant, Teresa was always a proud advocate for organ donation.
