He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Parr and Alberta Parr; and his siblings, Lovonda Comstock, Larry Parr (Joanne) and Roger Parr.
He is survived by: his wife Virjean Parr; his children, Erica Ward and Chad Parr (Rochell); his grandchildren, Kahley Crawford (Hunter), Morgan Slaby (Kory) and Eric Parr (Katie); his great grandchildren, Atticus Slaby, Preston Parr and Bryer Crawford; his brother Edwin Parr (Jean); and his caregiver Margaret. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as many close friends.
