With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Mead (Onondaga, Michigan), born in Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on January 10, 2020 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Mead to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Reed and Blanche Reed (Basnaw); and her sisters, Donna Tribby, Joann Martin and Jeanne Sprague.
She is survived by: her husband Walter "Punk" Mead; her children, Diane Hamilton (Dave) of Onondaga, Daniel Mead (Vivian) of Albion, Sandra Carrick (Mark) of Charlotte and Jeanne Mead (Bill McAllister) of Onondaga; her brothers, Tom Reed (Johanne) and John Reed (Sue); and her brother-in-law Dean Tribby. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Springport FFA or Pope Church.
