He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Jean Simmons of Grand Ledge. He is survived by: his father Michael Joe; his daughters, Hailey Simmons and Tiffani Ann Simmons (Derrik) of Farwell; his grandson Brantley Brian Thomas Cotton (Littleman); his sister Lisa "Happy Dog" Maag (Jeff) of Lake Odessa; his niece Ashley Maag (Travis) of Lansing; his nephew Jon Boy Maag of Lake Odessa; his cousins, Nicholas (Angela) and Mark Simmons; and his friends, Arkie Watters and Ron Kelly. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ingham County Animal Shelter in Mike's memory.
