He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sprawka and Veronica Sprawka (Antonowicz); his sister Theresa McShane; his uncle Alexander Antonowicz; his father-in-law Robert Schimke; and his sisters-in-law, Dixie Fralic and Julie Hanson.

He is survived by: his wife Loree Sprawka (Schimke); his children, Steven Sprawka (Carol) and Cherrie Burch (Andrew); his grandsons, Andrew Burch Jr., Derek Sprawka and Dillon Breit; his mother-in-law Norma Schimke; his siblings-in-law, Rusty Fralic, David Schimke (Kristine), Neil McShane, Tammie Kruse (Frank), Connie Miller (Steve) and Bonnie Nethercott; his nephew Duane McShane; and his friends, William and Laura Schraeder. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Donut Wagon.
