It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helmi Lillian Schimke of Onekama, Michigan, born in Kaleva, Michigan, who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Troppi and Elizabeth Troppi. She is survived by: her daughter Colleen Wildie (Sidney); her grandchildren, Adam, Kari (Scott), Josh (Shelby) and Jessica (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Sydney, Emma, Cayde and Marlowe; and her great great grandchild Ezekiel.
