He was predeceased by: his parent Harless Feagins; his grandson Jeff Jacobs; and his siblings, Jimmy Feagins, Gibson Feagins, Mary McGraw and Jewell Dunn.

He is survived by: his parent Edna Feagins (Harris); his children, Suzie Jacobs (Jim) of Onekama and Michael Feagins (Teresa) of Manistee; his siblings, Monna, Kenneth Feagins (Leatha) and Edwin Feagins; his sister-in-law Eveleta Feagins of Texas; and also, Erika Freds (Andy) of Mt, Pleasant, Matthew, Stephanie Feagins of Manistee, Alex, Cassie Freds and Brown.

Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
